No company selling online has everything in stock. We at Lawn Equipment Superstore # 1 goal is to get you the parts you ordered to you a quickly as possible. Please call us at 305 223 7884 to check if an item is available or simply contact us.
IN STOCK PARTS
Orders placed on Lawn Equipment Superstore website for parts that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive tracking information a soon as the order is processed through the shipping department.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Orders placed on Lawn Equipment Superstore website for parts that are out of stock will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Days to ship depends on the manufacture of the parts ordered. Please see below chart for more details:

PRICING ERRORS
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lawn Equipment Superstore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Lawn Equipment Superstore shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lawn Equipment Superstore will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
DISCONTINUED / NO LONGER AVAILABLE PARTS
To the best of our ability we at Lawn Equipment Superstore try to maintain our data base with the latest updates and information. If in the event that you purchase a part that is discontinued or no longer available we will do our best to find you a substitute part. We will contact you as soon as the problem arises with a substitution. If no substitution part exists, we will refund your order immediately.
SALES TAX
No Sales Tax (except in Florida).
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida where Lawn Equipment Superstore holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
All products sold by AllDadeLawnmowers.com have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.

If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center to assist you.
