Top-Notch Performance for the Pros
Professional-grade pressure washers require more than just brute force - they demand a level of engineering expertise that's simply not found in most consumer-grade equipment. That's exactly what the Centurion P4+ delivers. This direct drive triplex pump is the culmination of years of experience and a deep understanding of what really makes a commercial-grade washer tick.
Built for Uncompromising Performance
At the heart of the P4+ is a commitment to delivering exceptional results - every time, no matter what the job demands. That's why we've engineered this pump to handle the toughest cleaning tasks with the kind of smooth power and long-lasting durability that only comes from using top-quality components. Whether you're mounting it on a custom build, replacing an old pump or just looking for a hassle-free way to get the job done, the Centurion P4+ delivers in a big way.
Power, Performance and Durability
With a maximum pressure of 4,400 PSI and a flow rate of 4.2 GPM, the P4+ is built to provide that elusive perfect balance of cleaning force and smooth water delivery that's a holy grail for many a pressure washer user. The triplex design with three ceramic plungers and precision-ground seals ensures that everything runs as smoothly as possible - even under the toughest conditions. And with the ability to operate at 3,450 RPM, this pump works in perfect harmony with most 1-inch shaft gas engines, making it the perfect choice for a wide range of commercial-grade applications.
This pump also comes with a built-in external unloader system, which means you get all the benefits of stable operating pressure and reliable bypass protection without the headaches. And that's not all - this pump is built to last with a level of durability that's all too often missing from consumer-grade equipment.
Built By Professionals For Professionals
At the end of the day, every detail counts - and that includes the pump you choose for your commercial washer. That's why we've engineered the Centurion P4+ from the ground up to meet the unique demands of the commercial cleaning world. What that means is a pump that's not just about raw power - but about delivering that power day in and day out without letup.

Quality Components Built to Last
At the heart of the Centurion P4+ lies a commitment to building high-quality components that can take whatever the commercial world throws at them - and keep on going.
Ceramic Plungers
Precision-ground ceramic plungers are the key to long-lasting performance - even in the most demanding conditions. And when you combine that with a level of corrosion resistance that's second to none, you get a pump that's built to last.
Brass Manifold
A brass manifold is the only choice for a commercial-grade pump - because it's the only material that can withstand the stresses of high-pressure operation while remaining corrosion-resistant.
External Unloader
The external unloader is a game-changer - because it lets you fine-tune system pressure on the fly while making maintenance a snap.
Thermal Relief Valve
Speaking of game-changers, the thermal relief valve is a must-have - because it prevents overheating and keeps your pump running like a top even when things get tough.
Oil Reservoir and Vent Cap
The P4+ uses 13.5 fl oz of 30W non-detergent oil - and a vented oil cap that lets you equalize pressure while keeping contaminants out of the crankcase.## Designed For High-Pressure Situations
The Centurion P4+ really comes into its own in commercial and industrial pressure washer systems where you just can't afford to mess around with pump reliability and output. At 4,400 PSI of relentless cleaning force, it's perfect for the really tough jobs like:
Fleet and equipment washing - it can handle all that muck and grime
Concrete and masonry cleaning - no challenge is too great
Graffiti removal - just what you need to get that stubborn tag off the wall
Agricultural machinery washdown - it can take care of any mess on the farm
Construction site maintenance - and making sure that the site is spotlessly clean
Industrial surface prep - ready the surface for whatever comes next
Property and facility cleaning - and a deep clean is exactly what you need
Professionals who need a pump that can deal with anything from solidified mud to industrial gunk will find the P4+ gives them dependable performance every time.
Cooling and Long Life
Keeping your pump from overheating is key to keeping it going for the long haul. The P4+'s ceramic plungers do a great job of getting rid of excess heat, while the brass manifold and precision-cut seals reduce friction and wear. And just in case things get really hot - we're talking 60°C (140°F) or more - the P4+’s heat management system kicks in to prevent overheating. Even during long cleaning sessions, you'll get consistent performance without any worries.
Paired with a 7-year warranty, you get absolute confidence that your investment will just keep on going - thousands of operational hours without a hitch. That's a long-term solution for any high-output cleaning system.
Easy Maintenance - a Must for Pros
The P4+ is all about giving professionals the uptime they need to get the job done. Every component has been engineered to be as easy to work on as possible:
External unloader - for quick adjustment or replacement on-the-fly
Brass quick-connect fittings - makes hose setup a breeze
Fixed soap injector - reliable chemical application is just what you need
Removable oil cap and sight glass - easy to check oil levels
Standard replacement parts - available from CP distributors, so you can get back to work fast
Whether it's an oil change or a seal replacement, maintenance is a snap - no downtime, no hassle.
Installation and Compatibility
The Centurion P4+ Direct Drive Triplex Pump is super easy to fit to standard 1" horizontal-shaft gas engines - most commercial-grade pressure washers have one of these on board. Some ideal engine pairings include Honda GX390, Kohler CH440, and Powerease R420 - these engines give you the torque and RPM range you need to get the most out of your pump.
Installation is a breeze:
Simply mount the pump to the engine using the standard bolt pattern - simple!
Line up the shaft and keyway for a direct drive coupling
Connect inlet and outlet hoses - standard 3/4" GHF for the inlet and 3/8" quick connect for the outlet
Fill with the recommended 13.5 fl oz of 30W non-detergent oil
Test the system pressure and unloader settings to get things just right for your specific application
At a compact 18 pounds, the P4+ is easy to manage, no matter where you need to have it.
Fixed Soap Injector - Just What You Need
The built-in fixed soap injector makes it easy to get your chemicals in there, by drawing them in through the low-pressure stream. No need for any external injection systems - it just makes sense to have a reliable way to get your cleaners on the job. And when you switch back to high-pressure rinse mode, the injector automatically disengages for smooth operation.
Ready, Set, Go - Built to Last
The Centurion P4+ packs a whole lot of punch for its size - it's compact, lightweight and built to withstand the elements. At a mere 18 pounds, it's easy to handle, yet tough enough to last through years of use. No need to worry about vibration, pressure cycling or exposure to the elements - this pump can take it.
The direct drive configuration eliminates pulleys and belts - it just means less to go wrong and more efficiency. The result? A quieter, more compact and, above all, more maintenance-friendly system that you can rely on.
Trust the Performance
We back the Centurion P4+ with a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty - that’s a long-term investment in performance, reliability and peace of mind. CP’s reputation is for engineering excellence, and every pump that leaves the factory has been thoroughly pressure-tested and quality-assured.
Each component is precision-machined to the highest standards. The result? A pump that starts strong, runs smoothly, and outlasts the competition in even the toughest environments.
